VALVE SEATS AND VALVE GUIDES BECOME DAMAGED AND WORN OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

Subject to manufacturer’s specifications, valves can be re-faced in our workshop and, if out of tolerance, replaced. This process is always carried out in conjunction with valve guiding, valve seat re-facing and valve seat inserting. Whilst this process is generally undertaken because of more significant wear and tear, it restores an engine to optimum working conditions, improving performance and mpg. The majority of customers for whom we supply valve re-facing services are garages, fleet operators and plant & plant hire operators. We welcome trade and specialist enquiries.
